Hi - To let you know - I uploaded the Drawing C-1 with the Small Craft Harbour Property Limits shown. Small Craft Harbours, Department of Fisheries and Oceans owns the harbour waterlot and uplands as indicated on the plans. The new rock berm is within the property limits, as is most of the drainage system.

Hi Goump, I uploaded two NIRB documents from 2009. I have many, many more on file spanning the life of the project. Hopefully you have access to all the documents since you now have the file number of the original project. If you need more documents form the past project, let me know. Some additional notes: the drainage improvements in this proposed project involve replacing existing culverts and realigning the drain to the west side of the harbour basin. The are no fish or aquatic species in the water being drained - it's a drainage system for run-off water, not a stream. A brief timeline summary of the past project: -2008 to 2014 - design and construction of current harbour infrastructure, including steel sheet pile wharf, breakwaters, basin dredging, construction of marshalling area. and electrical system. Construction, I believe, occurred from 2010-2014 Let me know if you need anything else, Eleanor
