For this design-built project Kudlik Construction chosen a prefabricated (Behlen) non-combustible design for both these fire halls. Exterior envelop consist of pre-insulated panels. On the interior; a mezzanine, an office, a bathroom and a meeting room will be built. On the main floor; a second bathroom, mechanical, generator room + 3 storage rooms will be present This new building will be build right beside the existing Kugaaruk fire hall and will be operational by the end of November 2020. This permit application is to allow us to pump 100cu.m of water from the Kugajuk river to produce our concrete on site. The water will be haul by truck and heavy equipment in 1cu.m reservoirs, on the road from the pumping point to the construction site. Not more than 20cu.m. will be pump per day.

Waste and Impacts
Environmental Impacts
As the operation is limited to water pumpimp with a sump pump, no waste are anticipated. To protect the area around the water pump, this one will be install in a protective casing. This will avoid to pump solid particules. The generator localise on the edge of the road will be set in a pan to avoid any leaking from this one during the pumping operation.
