The equipment is a pressure washer attached to a water tank, holding 1000 L of water on a company vehicle for ease in mobility. Services will be provided on private property or at customer location. Potential water sources include Dead Dog Lake and a creek going into the ocean on West-40 Road. With the City of Iqaluit’s water ban, Combustion Performance Inc. is seeking Nunavut Water Board’s approval for using previously stated water sources. Project start date is August 15, 2019 and end date September 30, 2019.
Summary of Modifications:
Combustion Performance Inc. is seeking amendment to Project Wash & Go file # 149208. CPINC acquired a 12,000L water truck in 2020. We plan to have it filled once a month, and the water used throughout the month until it needs to be refilled again. So, we are seeking to increase our water use from 2000L to a daily limit of 15,000L, for a combination of the new larger water truck and the regular 1000L tank on our vehicle for mobility usage - but wouldn't frequently need to fill up the 12,000L often from the creek and dead dog lake. Additionally, we are seeking for a summer long seasonal water usage from June 1 - October 1 every year for vehicle washing, and other potential customer needs such as window washing/building/concrete wash.
