Project Description:
The training units of the Canadian Armed Forces Arctic Training Centre intend to utilise the facility known as Crystal City, and the surrounding area to conduct survival training. The survival training will consist of digging snow caves into the drifts formed on the valley wall and instruction of arctic survival techniques to Canadian Armed Forces personnel. These activities are instructed to aircrew to ensure that they possess the skills to survive in the arctic, if needed. Transportation will be via LOSV's and BV-206's
